JHR Associates Ltd. was founded in Salt Lake City, Utah in May of 1982 as JHR Development Inc.
by Ren L. Richins and Reese P. Jarrell who remain as principals of JHR Associates Ltd.
JHR Development Inc. completed a number of projects along the Wasatch Front in the communities of Provo,
Salt Lake City, and Ogden Utah before relocating to Las Vegas in March of 1988. The company has provided
engineering and surveying services in the Las Vegas area continuously since 1988. JHR Associates has successfully
completed in excess of 600 projects in the valley that range in scope from the 120 acre Hillsboro Heights
Master Plan, at Valle Verde Drive and Windmill Parkway in Henderson, to the recent completion of the Soho and
Newport Lofts high-rise condominium projects in downtown Las Vegas and Allure Las Vegas on West Sahara Boulevard.

JHR Associates Ltd. has intentionally remained small over the past 26 years as Ren and Reese
are actively involved in each project the company designs. This allows for a continuing relationship
with our clients and access to the principals involved with the project.
